Job Qualifications:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

Job Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a sales and marketing leadership role in animal feeds agribusiness, or related sectors
• Strong knowledge of the animal feeds sector is highly desirable
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the country

Job purpose:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing the sales and marketing team, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our market presence through innovative and practical approaches.

Job Description:

• Developing and executing Sales & Marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share aligned with the company objectives.
• Participating in performance evaluation and mentoring the sales and marketing team for performance and growth.
• Expanding market presence through strong engagement with distributors, stockists, and partners.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Overseeing the design and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Leading debt collection and credit management processes.
• Providing regular sales performance reports and market feedback to management.
• Supporting the development and launch of new products and market initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a customer-focused approach.
• Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and marketing campaigns performance analytics.
